Considering Hypnobirthing? Hypnobirthing "The Morgan Method" classes will be held @ Gentle Choices staring Thrusday, July 1st. The classes consist of 5 weekly units, classes will be held on Thrusdays, each weekly class will contain 1 unit lesson. The class dates are as followed: Unit 1: Building a positive expectancy on Thrusday July 1, 2010 6:30-9 p.m. Unit 2: Falling in Love with your Baby/Preparing Mind and Body on Thrusday July 8, 2010 6:30-9 p.m. Unit 3: Getting Ready to Welcome your Baby on Thrusday July 15, 2010 6:30-9 p.m. Unit 4: An Overview of Birthing/ A Laborof Love on Thrusday July 22, 2010 6:30-9 p.m. Unit 5: Breathing Love / Begining Life on Thrusday July 29, 2010, 6:30-9 p.m. For further details please log on to www.birthingfamilies.webs.com
